Vision of BS Department is to support the Engineering / IT departments by offering core and advance courses in Mathematics Physics, Chemistry and Management Sciences.

 

Prof Maqsoodul Hassan

I did my M Phil in Applied Mathematics from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad and MS in Software Techniques for Computer-aided Engineering from Cranfield University (UK).
 Currently, I am working as Head of Basic Sciences Department at SEECS. My teaching experience in IT/engineering-related fields is spread over three and a half decades. As an officer in the education branch of Pakistan Air Force, I served on the faculty of PAF College Sargodha, PAF Academy and PAF College of Aeronautical Engineering Risalpur, with 16 years instructional assignment at PAF College of Aeronautical Engineering alone. My field of specialization is Numerical Analysis.
